Gustavo's career spans law, accounting sciences, public law, economics, artificial intelligence, and international law. He served as Chief of Staff at the Legislative Assembly of Minas Gerais, coordinating multidisciplinary teams in high-stakes legal and political environments.
He has drafted and advanced impactful legislation — including tax-exemption laws and regulatory reforms — and pioneered the use of AI for legislative data analysis. His recognition includes the Order of Legislative Merit of Minas Gerais.
